Monotypic were approached to conceptualise a replacement dwelling perched on an incredible cliff top location in Cornwall. After previous failed applications and appeals, Monotypic were asked to provide a fresh and innovative approach to overcome the previous issues for the site. Planning was granted in Sept 2025 after gaining officer support and presenting at planning committee.
